Can someone explain it clearly to a dumbo like me ?
Does this mean NB will be healed for 25% of the damage (that he does after casting strife) for every 2 seconds
Or
Strife cause X damage. And NB will be healed 25% of X for every 2 seconds

Also it does not tell me how long does the heal lasts ?

It is a horribly confusing tooltip, I agree. Of your interpretations, the latter is true: every 2 seconds you are healed for 25% of the damage done by your strife.

EDIT: Oh, and it's 10 seconds IIRC.

Strife healing can not crit and is pretty low at the moment,

In-fact my magicka NB performs worst comparing sorcerer, MDK, or Templar.

U need to spam Strife to get good healing. It heals you only by Strife's damage done.
