Broken thrones?

There are several stone thrones that appear to be broken, as when you sit in them, when you try to get back out, your character is now standing inside of it, and the only option is to sit back down again or try to dodge roll out. Most recently, I was at the public event area of a public dungeon, I forget the name, but there's also another copy that does the same thing in green shade on the very last quest in the area.
