Difficulty loading characters - Error 303

For the past 48 hours I have had issues with the loading of some of my characters. For the most part the initial character I select loads no problem. However, the problem arises when I log out of that character and select a different one to play. It tries to load but then kicks me completely out of game citing error 303. Now it's taking me anywhere between 5-10 minutes to load each character after constantly being kicked. It's got very annoying and impacting my ability to play with friends as I don't know whether I'll be able to login or not. Can you help fix the problem?
