Is Trinimac's Valor good for healer? Is Pariah good for tank? I got some purple jewelry items. I don't know if I need to keep them, or sell them. Any1 knows the price?

In my opinion you can just destroy those things. I rarely see any of those things go for a nice amount of gold at any guild store

I knew a healer that was told to wear 5 Pariah for PvP. lol. So maybe youre looking at this all wrong.

Can a healer and tank do fine with those sets yes but there are many better sets out there.

    PvE
Healed. SPC is a standard. Second set would be worm, mending and a couple other possibilities.

Tanking. Ebon is a good start alkosh can take time to obtain better very good. Those would be good starter sets.

I had these sets because I'd worked reeeeeeeally hard at briarheart when it was new and bind on pickup.

Trinimacs was worthless...I'd give it a F. The proc rate is low, set on a stupid mechanic, and the payoff isn't good.

Pariah is a C+. There are better sets out there, but it's easy to get for cheap in the good traits, comes in weapons and jewelry, and the resistance is decent. I used it on my tanks for grinding for awhile.

Sorry, I meant just being a vampire due to the Undeath passive. Basically at very low health a lot of attacks barely tickle you, giving more than enough time to react. I'd say it's almost overkill but for a PvP healer it'd be very nice since any good group will focus healer first.

Valor had an extremely Niche place on Pet builds... in PvE...

Then came the proc set nerf, which made some too bad to be viable, Valor is such a set.

Trinimac use to proc based on per barrier created rather than now, per cast which nerfed the proc rate.

With not being able to crit, the output was nerfed to being worthless, so yes, they aren't worth anything.

Was nice, I hope they buff the set.

No. Both sets are terrible. Decon trash. No serious player is going to be using these.

Problem with Trinimac: very low proc rate, and even when procced, it's not that great. I know multiple hardcore healers who have tried it and have concluded that it's junk.

Pariah: Specifically talking PVP because there is no use for this in PVE. This is actually much better than Trinimac. But there are still better sets out there. Do you really need a set that gives a bit of damage reduction (10% at 50% HP, 20% at 0 HP) as you get low in health? Not really. It can make a healer really tanky, but if you think you need this in an organized group, there's something wrong with your group composition.

For coordinated good group play neither has good benefit. Imo and experience pariah can be good for solo heavy build but not more than other options. Its easy to obtain, nice on vampire but can easily be Devon.

No idea about trials or anything like that but for easier content Trinimac's works fine for magicka DK healer. It procs quite frequently if you use igneous shield.

Pariah on the other hand seemed like it was either bugged or simply ineffective. Felt like I had a lot more tankiness from using 2pc bloodspawn than 5pc pariah. On paper it sounds like it would be good, but somehow the end result was almost never providing the protection. If you want defensive 5pc heavy, reactive is much better.

Trinimac can be good for certain PvP tank/support healer builds, especially when you are a DK.

I wouldn't bother trying to sell. With everyone hitting Wrothgar dailies as much as possible, the market's going to be super-saturated with these sets.
