Can't Access Store Bought Motif

I finally caved in and bought the Assasins Guild motif pack from the store, used it, and I still can't make any kit based on that style!

I have more than enough black beeswax for it, and even 5 Crown Mimic Stones, but that style still reads as 'learn style to unlock'. I've logged out to desktop and back in, but no joy. Any ideas?

Did you use it on your crafting character? The motifs are not account-wide, so if you used it on a different character from the one who is actually doing the crafting, then, you'll have to purchase another one for the crafter to use.

If you messed up which character you wanted the motif on, use the support system and get a ticket going, ZoS is typically accommodating when it comes to crown store item mistakes.
