BEAUTY - Social Homestead Furnishing Crafting Guild

Greetings! I am Dear, the guild master of <Beauty>, and I'd like to invite you to help start up a guild that I hope will bring the larger ESO community happiness and beauty! Yay!

BEAUTY is a PC NA guild dedicated to the art of interior design. We are a social crafting guild with a heavy emphasis on furnishing. We provide Homestead decoration services, and strive to help one another obtain blueprints, designs, diagrams, formulas, patterns, and praxis for the 2000+ furnishing items in ESO. Our current project is to create a display warehouse in Earthtear Cavern, where members and visitors will be able to view sets of items to better select which furnishings they want for their homesteads. Our long term goal is to make the homes of Tamriel more beautiful.

Beauty was created the first day of the launch of Elder Scrolls Online, but it did not find true purpose until three years later, with the advent of Homestead in 2017. As of April 7, 2017, Beauty now welcomes all PC NA furnishers, their supporters, and other lovers of Homestead, interior design, or beauty! FURNISHING SERVICES: Most Beauty guild members are working to increase their personal knowledge of furnishings. You can review what each member knows in our Guild Member Knowledgebase, which makes it easier to find someone to craft you a specific item. If a guild member is available to be hired to decorate your home, or is willing to craft specific items for you, their pricing, availability, and other information will be listed under our Commission Services subforum.

GUILD BANK: We stock our guild bank with excess blueprints, designs, diagrams, formulas, patterns, and praxis that are available for trade to guild members. One item may be traded for one item of equal rarity tier, or five items of a rarity tier may be traded for one item of the next rarity tier up. Members send a mail ingame to a guild leader to arrange guild bank trades.

GUILD AUCTIONS: When we have auction events, guild members may bid to win bundles of furnishing related items. These items will have been donated to the guild for the purpose of the auction, and the donator will have chosen to receive 0%, 25%, or 50% of the auction proceeds, rounded up, for the donation. The rest of the auction proceeds will be used for the benefit of the guild, such as hiring Traders.

GUILD TRADER: As our guild grows, we aim to obtain Guild Traders where members may sell their furnishing items, ingredients, blueprints, designs, diagrams, formulas, patterns, and praxis. We want the public to become aware that <Beauty> is a guild that can be trusted to have furnishing related items for sale. This way members can make gold, and contribute to helping the wider ESO community decorate their homes!

GUILD MARKETPLACE: On our forum, we have a section where members can arrange trades, list their furnishing items for sale, perform giveaways, or otherwise seek out their desired furnishing related items. This should make it easier for members to find what they seek, and sell what they have.

SPECIAL EVENTS: From interior decoration contests to guild group trials, we hope to provide interesting and engaging activities for our guild members. For some events, participation may be rewarded with furnishing related prizes drawn from the guild bank or from generous guild supporters who pledge special event donations. Members may request to hold contests, games, or other events.

RESPECTFUL ATMOSPHERE: Our guild rules, code of conduct, and our hidden chat center on our forums all aim to create a friendly, accepting community where all members, from the social butterfly to the wallflower, and from the newbie to the veteran, can feel safe and welcome. We do not tolerate hate speech or discrimination, and we encourage members to act with pride, honor, and integrity. Above all, we ask members to treat one another with respect.
