Single skill (morph) specification

Just a suggestion for a single skill (morph) re-specification scroll. I'd happily purchase a pack of these from the crown store.
Alternately, an option to respec skills like champion points. When I do respec, it's usually just 1-2 skills I want to change... seems unnecessarily annoying to have to remorph and setup my bars again for most of the skills I don't want to change.
