Handheld Gaming

Sorry this doesn't really have anything to do with ESO but as a gaming forum just looking for some feedback. I am traveling with my wife in a couple months w/ long flights and travel times. Thought a handheld gaming system would help assuage my ESO habit. Any suggestions for what system would be best for a grown man who likes ESO (ie I don't play Pokémon and the like)? Growing up I was not exactly a gamer so I don't recognize a lot of the game titles for Vita/3DS.

Any suggestions will be much appreciated, cheers.

How about the Nintendo Switch, if you can find one. Or perhaps spending time with your wife...

That second part of your suggestion was a bit uncalled for but your sentiment is noted. Forgot about Switch. Got all excited when I saw Skyrim but its not coming out until Fall. Bummer.

Board games on an Android tablet can also be a lot of fun while travelling.

It's not a gaming forum, it's a forum for one specific game.

But why not mobile games on any Tablet?

You can get inexpensive, bare-bones laptops that still have a decent processor. Buy a few extra batteries for it, and play an Elder Scrolls single-player game as you travel. I'd probably recommend Oblivion.

If you want a complete divorce from TES, though, you really cannot go wrong with Chrono Trigger (Nintendo DS). The port added a 13th ending. But you probably won't complete the game even on an extended holiday.

What I meant was, in your travels, perhaps there are things that you can do wherever you are. Sightseeing, cultural, etc together.

We've closed this thread as this is the ESO forum and as such we expect only ESO to be discussed.
