Already was dealt with so this post is irrelevant. Plus, zos never said there would be consequences like they did during the survey exploit so no, there should NOT be punishment.

It's an open world, open faction game. What do you expect? Reds only play with reds, blues only play with blues and yellows only play with yellows?

You're always going to have the elites that do whatever they can to stay on top including this kind of crap. Nothing you can do.

If there's a will, there's a way, and they've obviously found the way.

The only way I can see someone getting frustrated with this is obviously trying to get emperor. It really doesn't matter to me if people are doing this. I just want to kill players.

The only slight fix to this is to completely freeze cross faction playing in the same account. This would cripple how a lot of boosting is done. And this wouldn't even do much.

And Oh yeah, in a few months you'll need not to worry, battlegrounds coming soon!

In an ideal world of all of the above. However I wonder if it was for technical reasons ZOS couldn't change the characters ranks back and all the benefits with them.

I also have concerns over people who cashed out their AP as there is no penalty for them.

The bans I agree with as it was the first time for an action which wasn't clearly against ToS.

So I guess I just wish ZOS could/would go down the trail a little more. To bring them up again (sorry) I know when CCP Games (EVE Online) do bans for some actions they follow the money trail and remove it all if they can, or take players wallets into negatives and force them to grind that money back positive.

The people saying this isn't a problem becasue it is PvP are being stupid. PvP is a big part of the game and issues like this ruin a lot of the fun.
Becoming emperor becomes almost impossible with all the boosters around.
I'm not saying I would be an emperor, but with people like this I'm not even going to make an attempt.

And that's the point I'm making, unless you're trying to get emp, boosting shouldn't be that much of a concern.
However, what is of my concern is constant switching of factions. That really grinds my gear to see a faction getting destroyed and then more players from that faction log off and join the other side to get better results. Cross faction playing has absolutely ruined pvp, not just specifically boosting.

Sorry but earning a rank that you haven't really earnt and ap to spend on what ever you want isn't a concern ?

Thank cross faction play. It's had a major hand in that.
