After I submit a "feedback" bug report in-game (by using the <F1> key) with a screenshot attached, another file with the "Submitting Ticket" message is usually added to the Screenshots folder:
When this occurred previously -- I don't recall when it began -- the screenshot feature created an additional screenshot (with a
unique, automatically-generated file name) which shows the same "Submitting Ticket" dialog as the above image. As best as I can recall, the additional screenshot has not been created unless I attached a screenshot to my feedback message. (I haven't sent many without a screenshot attached.)
However, the above image file is named
feedbackbackreport.jpg and it was created on 03/30/2017 at 2:13 AM. I don't recall ever seeing a file with that name in the Screenshots folder before. If this continues to happen, then there will be a file system error message(s) when a file with that name already exists. If the game client cannot handle the error, then it is likely to crash or to malfunction in some other respect.
Of course, the current "Submitting Ticket" screenshot is useless. It could be more useful if a screenshot showing the
outcome of submitting the ticket,
i.e., the Ticket ID number, was automatically made instead.
As noted in my signature, I play ESO with a PC on the NA megaserver.
