ESO plus renewal issues
Anyone else having issues with Auto renewal or issues with credit card transactions? My auto renewal was removed from my account. I use card (s) at all on account, says: 'transaction not authorized,, contact payment provider' . Contacted provider but they do not even SHOW an attempt from ESO to charge the card. I have tried several browsers,(Chrome, IE, Mozilla), removed cookies from history, tried logging from another location to pay, tried to pay different ESO account, but no joy at all.. I have submitted tickets, supposedly escalating this now, but wondering if I anyone else having same issue?

You are sure that you haven't set up your bank account to prevent online purchase or something like that? It is easy to forget to give bank account access for legitimate purchase before doing a transaction/order on an another site.

No. I had my eso + renewal for one year, then.. poof it disappeared.. however, i was able to resurrect an OLD paypal that had NO cards linked to it, and get it taken care of. Thank you for responding
