This is going on the second week of random lag spikes....please for the love of god someone fix this game.

What, pray tell, is a "lag spike"?? If you are referring to network latency issues, then I recommend that you post your message in the Customer Support section of this forum, which offers technical support for log-in, transition-screen, and graphics display performance problems -- i.e., with the game client and the networks that transmit data to/from the host on the megaserver.
