Dragon Fire Scale bugged?

Not reflecting arrows properly, it reflects spells and tossed knifes but not arrows.
Last night tested Dragon Fire Scale IV in Craglorn, single mobs' arrows were not reflected.
Anyone else noticed that?

✭That's weird, I use it often on main bar with magicka DK DD, when soloing world sorcerer bosses, it's a main skill to survive huge hits while wearing full light armor. Such boss is e.g. Slaver Camp. Harness Magicka + Dragon Fire Scale.
I like it, it's just bugged sometimes and does not reflect arrows.
Also it's usually useless in trials, most spells are not reflected
