Hi,
I have a huge problem with my UI in game. I exchanged some mails with the support team. They had no clue what I am talking about. I did what they recomended: to use the compatibility settings for windows 8 and to update my videocard drivers after seeing my report file of the game. They said I am having display problems. What they didn t understand is that I am getting a completly different interface, also not usable and bugged, with a different look also, looking more like the Skyrim interface than the ESo interface. Also other things are not working, keybinds are displayed wrong, the sprint button behave weird, can t use points for skills, etc
Every element of the interface is different, any panel, window and most of them are imposible to use. Also the maps are not responding to mouse button, impossible to use them for geting info on different points or to teleport while being in world or at wayshrines.
I reinstaled the game several times, I got the same thing.
One funny thing is that sometimes when I am loging directly from clicking the eso64.exe file I get the right interface. Happened few times. But when I log from the launcher or from any shortcut of the eso.exe or the eso64.exe, I get the *** up interface. Also when there is an update of the game, can t log anymore, I have to uninstall and reinstall the game because of some error.

Not to mention that is not usable. Most annoying thing is that I can t use the mouse on maps to move them or see any info or to move them left/right/up/down or click to chose a point to teleport. All I can do is zoom in/out with the scroll. Nothing else.
I really love the game, but can t play it in such conditions and poor understanding so far of my problem by the support team. I hope someone from these forums can help me fix this annoying issue.
