Not even close. It is certainly in the top half of masks.
^ this. In solo play that gives you a buff you won't get on any class that's not a nightblade and buff everything you do by 8%, which is a lot, very comparable to other monster sets that do damage on their own. In group content it's bad because it gives a buff that you get from healers anyway....

The buff looks cool but the worst part about the animation is that only you can see it! So whats the point of it but making your other buffs hard to see? At least let other players see it so we can look cool!
