Gankblade Trouble

I'm having a issue with my current gankblade build I'm trying out. Currently I'm running
5 Clever Alchamist Divines
2 Sword Singer Divines
3 Sword Singer Jewlery Robust
1 Velidreth Divines
1 Molag kena Impen
Self buffed my weapon damage is sitting at 4.5k which for me seems pretty good. However in my mind I feel the damage from the 2h Ultimate should do a good amount of damage, but Incap strike does a ton more damage. Is there something I'm missing to have the Besreker Ultimate hit harder or should should I try a different set up?
Going for a 1-2 shot build
Also if you feel your Gank build is better let me know what you got on.

Are you using a nirnhoned sword? since beserker ignores the targets resistances, sharpened is useless.

    This^^

I've run that set up before and hit players for over 30k before having the skill leveled completely. I've never hit anyone close to that with Incap.

Incap may have a higher tooltip but some of that will be mitigated unlike the 2h ult.

If you want better numbers I am ready to share my super-cheesy gank blade build. I've been testing it on and off for a while and am fairly confident it is superior to the stamina version of the onslaught build.

    Introducing the magical onslaught

The concept is simple. Ultimates, such as the two handed ultimate "onslaught" scale off your highest resource.

So the downside of a magicka onslaught build is that you have to split your blue tree Cp and put as much as you can into increasing physical damage. The upsides? Well gankbuilds use lots of magic abilities and now you have loads of magic... and the gear options.

3 stygian jewellery (unique rings come in arcane)
    2 body pieces stygian, divines

(Stygian increases max magic and spell damage 20% while invisible, this is what gives the higher numbers than the stamina version so long as you build for high spell damage)

    1 pc kena
    4 pc clever alchemist

    Front bar
Nirnhoned clever alchemist great sword - the main gank ability is the two-handed ultimate onslaught, it gives you a load is resistance just when you need it, ignores their resistances so you don't need to worry about penetration AND it is free as long as you kill with it, and if they have less than 30k health you will kill one shot.

    Back bar
Sharpened clever alchemist inferno staff, for ranged ganks. This is my set up, but resto staff or dual wield with 2pc monster set are other options.

(Maelstrom weapons with same traits would be bis, and you would drop kena).

Otherwise it is a pretty standard magicka gank blade, buff up, hit hard and cloak away. If you have any questions message me.
