Since we have nobles, and lady titles and dresses, I was wondering if it dont kill lore :D will we ever see lady side saddles?

    ... Dresses there might be, but not really sure there would really be any form, let alone enough of it, cultural pressure forcing anyone to put up with those bloody things.

    That's not even a sidesaddle, she's just sitting sideways on a regular English saddle. A sidesaddle has two pommels, the lower pommel and the leaping horn.

    Have any of you slamming this idea because 'side saddle is so awful' actually ridden one? Because I have, and it's not anymore uncomfortable or difficult to ride than a regular saddle so long as you are sitting properly. And the same could be said of regular saddles, anyway.

    I honestly kind of like the idea, but as in real life, the important thing is we should have the choice if we want our characters with dresses (please notice the lack of gendered pronoun there) to ride that way.
