No new skills in morrowind -> purely more skill points?

Last time I calculate if you get all the skill points atm, you can learn all the passives and still has 17 points left (however it is not enough for a total build--which requires at least 24 points)

It frustrated me when i have to spend 10k+ to respec just to get few skills undone.

However if we don't have any new skills to learn in morrowind and we get more skill points from skill points, dungeons and quests, it is very possible to finally not having to respec all, but only morph skill points. (leave few useless passives if you haven't reach grandwarlord (which btw I believe that we need 60M AP to get that final 1 skill point is stupid), always save at least 12 skill points for the morph active and put rest of the points into actives that you may use, then you can spend a small sum just to respec morphed skills and have a different skill set)

Warden too so that will chew up a few unless you don't plan on leveling one.

I have no clue what ur talking about I have maxed passives and skills plus crafting plus guild skills and passives plus alliance war skill lines and I don't have all the skill points in the game I'm at 320ish skill points

Maybe I miss understanding ur post

no you don't
either
1.you don't have dlc skill lines
2.you are not vamp/werewolf
3.you only chose two weapon lines, which is still need respec if you want to try something else

1.you don't have dlc skill lines
2.you are not vamp/werewolf
3.you only chose two weapon lines, which is still need respec if you want to try something else

I have 320+ skill points and have all crafts and passives, vamp passives, guilds, and dlc. I have all medium and heavy passives, pvp skill lines, and I have full 2h, bow, and sword and board.

Agree with the OP. I have all the skill points minus 37 which I need unlocked through the alliance war which takes a loooong time. Right now I have a lot of the skills I want but there are a few that I'd like to unlock that I can't yet. I can see at the end there would still be a few things I can't access.

Do we know how many more skill points are acquireable with Morrowind yet?

And that's not everything, because there are not enough skill points to learn everything.

I would like a fee for each skill point you respec. Its its 100G or 1000G. Or free with ESO plus

That way you do not have to completely respec to just change a morph for an ultimate or a skill line.

im pretty sure people are leaving some things out, atm i ditched a bunch of thieves guild and dark brotherhood passives along with research and sight passives for crafting. on a pvp rank 48 with all skillpoints/skyshards With those extra skillpoints i still cant cap out 2 armor lines crafting lines class skills 3 weapon lines and vamp. What i need to pvp with cant be completed so more skillpoints are def necessary for those that actually do more than 1 weapon 1 armor no crafting

each dungeon quest gives 1 point

storyline quests give skill points

Yes I do some skills I don't use at all and I can go from pvp to pve with just a cp change not sure ur issue.

I still do not understand how this game has been out for I think 3 years yet the base classes still do not have new class skills. I'd like to have more flavor in my game please... and before anyone mentions warden; I will not be playing that class as DK is my master race so DK for LIFE.

Technically if you play right ( which is to not change a character's "spec" (attribute) you should only have to ever change morph's OP.

I have been able to get all the necessity passives and abilities that I need for pvp and pve. However, I have to get selective on exactly what I am unlocking. Some passives are not really necessary for game play. Some of the class skills that I don't use I don't have unlocked. If you just unlock the things you actually are going to use there is plenty of skill points.
