[BUG] All my bank slots and contents are gone

I logged in a couple of days ago to discover that my bank is entirely empty, and the number of free/empty slots is not displayed. I have tried clearing local data, rebuilding my database, exiting the game and restarting it, rebooting my PS4 etc but nothing has restored my bank. Interestingly, the amount of gold in the bank is displayed as a red zero, and the amount to pay for more slots is also red (about 32,000, which sounds about right for my next increment).

Is this a known issue?

This is PS4, NA server. My character is BobDRAD. The problem is not location-specific, and happens with all bankers including my personal assistant.

    You would probably be better off to report this situation in the Tech Support section of the forum for PS4 NA. What you report might have been caused by a bug, but it would almost certainly be a bug in the game host and/or in the game database software, instead of the PS4 game client. ZOS should investigate and return the items which you lost.

    I hope that's the right place.

    Customer Service tells me I have to tell them specifically what was in my bank. I frankly have no specific recollection. I guess I have to start all over. I hope my bank isn't actually corrupted. This sucks.

    @ZOS_GregoryV is that what you'd expect?
