[XB1] - Group Context Not Available in Text Chat

Often after joining a group, in the Text Chat menu, the "Group" context is not available. You have type "/group" into text chat and send it to get the group chat option, and it's not uncommon for the game to randomly switch you back out of /group and into your prior chat context.
For example, last night, we formed a Trials group. At the beginning of the Trial, the "Group" text chat context was not available. So I typed "/group" and sent it so I could link some items in chat. At the end of the Trial, I again wanted to link some items in chat, and after coming back out of my inventory screen I saw that the items I linked in chat were all "/whispered" to someone I had been talking to the day before. So I again had to send "/group" to get back into the group text chat context.
