Grinding Spots Leveling Up!

Some may not know or still wondering what spots to level up this is mainly for the people that is new to the game but I came across a youtube video that explains where to level up at and what to use

✭✭✭✭✭There are a lot of good spots now, so you can generally find any old videos and use them as well.
After everything was scaled it opened up everything for XP grinding.@Turelus - EU PC Megaserver

✭✭✭✭✭Skyreach catacombs is seen as the best place now, its instanced so you can grind undisturbed and its lots of enemies.
Downside is that its hard for low level players outside of groups.
Public dungeons are far easier as its fewer enemies, this also give less xp.
Dolmens if its few players on it is very nice, keyword is pretty few probably 2-6, zerging an dolmen don't give much xp.
Grinding just make you go in circles.
Asking ZoS for nerfs is as stupid as asking for close air support from the death star.0
