crazy lag spikes lately

in the past 4 days i started gettign crazy lag spikes (from 130 ms to 999+) happening every min AND huge ability delay
the problem is not on my end so dont asked me to do the "troubleshooting" of computer/network/modem restard, been there done that.My network speed is 200 mbs and when i test the speed im at 193 mbs, so its not that either.There is no packet loss when i ping the servers either.
it was fine last week and now its unplayble
ps- i also have no lag whatsoever in other mmos.
