✭✭✭✭✭Well, in the future... one ticket per issue. If you need more than one ticket for an issue, just one ticket per issue. You can append to them on the support site.
For now, pick one, the earliest one, and use that one. Never think about the others, again.
Note, they always mark things closed or resolved. Don't let that throw you off. It is closed/resolved as soon as they reply, and reopened when they get your reply (and then immediately closed, again)
