Sneaking PvP

I'm wondering how does Khajiit/Wood Elf passive works in PvP. Does Nightblade skill Cloak works with this? Or let's say you are attacking someone and in the middle of the fight you cloaked again. Can passive work this way?

Or this: You are using bow and waiting in hidden mode. Then you saw someone pass by. Using Snipe will work with this right? Just after this if you cloak yourself, will it apply the passive again?

From literal stealth, yes. No idea about cloak, I doubt it though. If it does count towards it; my woodelf just got sweeter.

I do not play one of those races, but I do play a magblade. Cloak grants you invisibility, which is quite a lot stronger than crouch. Players who don't run any revealing skills will no see you at all, while you are invisible. It doesn't matter how close you are. You can pass right under their nose. You will, however, see them, if you get close enough, even when they are crouched.

Reducing your detection radius means I have to get closer, while you are in crouch, before I can see you. On the other hand, Cloak would make you totally invisible. You normally have to get very close to a crouched player, before you can see them. I am not sure what the normal detection range is. Maybe 6m or 8m, something like that. Your Khajiit passive reduces that range.

Without any revealing skills I will only find you accidentally, although this does tend to happen a fair bit as a perma-cloaking nightblade, in Imperial City. On the other hand, if I drink a detection potion, my detection range jumps up to 20m. So your your passive only reduces that to 17m, not much of an impact.

You can reset your CPs, however it costs 3000 gold every time you do so. Not a big deal, so USE your CPs!
