I'm a bit curious too. I preordered the collectors physical edition and wonder if I can at least get a code if it has to ship on the release date. If not, waiting a week won't kill me.

As someone who pre-ordered a Nintendo Switch from Besybuy.com, a lot of that boils down to how far away you are from where they actually ship items. I saw quite a few people who opted for at home shipping, ended up getting their stuff a couple of days later.

In my case for my new console--In order to get around how up in the air delivery times can be, with Bestbuy I opt'ed for In-Store pick up same day, with no hassle.

It would be impossible to give you an honest answer, since we'd have to know if it's being shipped by FedEX, UPS, USPS, or your countries postal service, how far away you are from a inventory warehouse, the route these shippers use, etc. etc.

well since preorders for the ce on bethesda website only ship in us....that would make me a us citizen. i live on the west coast though so if im not going to get the product day of or day early, im better off canceling my order and ordering through gamestop since they now take preorders for it.

If you order it directly from Zos the game code should automatically be added to your game. If you bought it elsewhere your subject to what tat vendor does.

It's totally your call. If you want it day of release, there are methods to get it day 1 that aren't ship to home. I went with In Store pick up for my Nintendo Switch....but only had to wait til 10am for my store to open so I can get my item.

I don't know if you know how BAD the Nintendo Switch re-stock situation is, but you can't find the thing any where now. So as long as you have it pre-ordered somewhere, you're good.

I bought my CE digital. My ESO game was bought digital, since I didn't want to mess around with a disc, so it only made sense to continue down that path.

    1. Digital is instant
    2. Physical would depend upon each customers situation (the better question is, when and how do you receive deliveries as well as what shipping option did you choose? (These aren't sold from the ZOS store unless it was added in April, contact your retailer of choice)

Have you logged into your ESO account? If you purchased it from the ESO website then you should find the exandjon listed on your account in the ESO website.

I've not bought anything from the Bethesda store so cannot speak to that. At release of this game the only issues I saw players speaking of were players who bought the game elsewhere.
