Unable to do Black Sacraments.

I was being introduced to The Dark Brotherhood, but I cancelled the intro quest when reaching Elam Drals.
Later on I went back and picked up the first Contract from Elam Drals, did the Kvatch contract, came back, got a note from Astara. It skipped over introducing me to Litany of Blood and Black Sacrament quests.
I am on the quest "A Lesson of Silence", unlike other characters, the guy isn't there to be introduced to Black Sacraments, and isn't anywhere to be found. NO Litany of Blood book in my inventory.
How do I fix this?

Number_51✭✭✭✭✭According to UESP "A Lesson of Silence" is a prerequisite to the sacraments. Also, "A Lesson of Silence" and your first "Sacrament" quest are prerequisites to "Litany of Blood". I'd finish "A Lesson of Silence" and then check again.0
