State of Magicka dps All Classes?

Hey all
For the past couple days im tryig to decide on what character to level next my main is a high elf m sorc i tries stam on all classes didnt like it so turns out i only like magicka builds with the anniversary going on soon id like to level a new magicka dps character problem is tho i heard magic nightblade is just the worst dps right now and i dont rly like the nb theme class anyway.
so whats left is magicka templar or another magic sorc but a diff race since i love sorc so much.
i do have a magic dk but dont want to level this yet
So my question is how the state on magicks dps on all classes like is magic templer viable in dps pve? Is it strong?
Or am i better off to just roll another sorc?
Im only interested in magic dps no healing
Not sure if templar is the right choice for dps?
Anyway stuck on what to do
I do think my sorc is a bit to tall so recreating one is not all that bad but if magic templar has great dps too id rather havr 2 diff classes then 2 of the same...

✭I actually do better on my Templar that my sorc or nb. Ritual of retribution, vampire bane, wall of element, puncturing sweep. Jesus beam at the end shooting star for the laughs. Duel wield with back bar destro. I would use lightning staff if not using burning spell weave because it make sweeps hit harder (don't ask me why). Valkyn Skoria or grothdar or ilambris are all good. Scathing mage, bsw, is great but Julianos will be just fine for all content in the game.
Don't ever think you can't be competitive I have pulled over 30 k in pvp gear it's the rotation and player that can make things work. Most great builds come to one limiting factor... skill points, guard rearming trap, undaunted are all needed at sometimes and not other times.Sorcerna, proud beta sorc. DivyathFyr✭✭Ok Cool but i have a magic sorc irs my main but not happy how tall i made it by accident but its 50 cp 250 still newb so i wantes to make another magic class if templar is up there ill stick to it so ill have 2 diff classes if not then i might just make another sorc? Lol0
