Redguard or khajiit for stamina nightblade, will be doing pvp and pve and I'm stumped, don't want to waste 3000 crowns and pick the wrong one

I think Redguard is better all round for you, Khajiit bonuses are not as generic and will not cover as many types of gameplay.

Personal opinion of course.

Both are good. May be khajiit will be somewhat better for PvE and RG for PvP.

In PvP sustain is more important than critical bonuses, since most people are wearing impenetrable armor and invest CP in critical resistance, healers use transmutation set and blocking enemies and shields can't be critically hit. So Khajiit bonuses are not that useful as Redguard ones. Adrenaline rush and +10% stamina are clearly better here.

Redguard.

You need good stamina sustain and good stamina pool on your stam nb and redguard gives both of them to you.

Khajit increases you crit chance but it is not very useful on nighblades since you have Shadowy Disguise ability that gives you 100% crit chance on next attack. Use that ability in your combo if you really need to crit.

Khajiit is better for ganking in PVP and perhaps in a perfect trial raid group (not that many people bring a stamblade to a raid). Everywhere else, Redguard is superior IMO. A few months back, I changed my stam sorc from Khajiit to Redguard and wish I would have done it sooner.

Thank you all for the replies, I thought as much a redguard would be the most popular/logical choice and they do look nice when time is taking to develop the appearance to what you prefer currently waiting to buy the crowns now and will change race soon, currently just hit level 50 and champion 30 so got another 130 champion points to gain before getting the good gear which I'm looking forward to

For PvE DPS Khajiit is better by all means.
Redguard has:
1. better sustain (not an issue for group fight where smone uses repentance or shard and ispessially for NB who can use siphoning attacks)
2. somewhat higher base weapon dmg (cause greater stam pool) that will give flat amount of dmg.

Khajiit has better crit chance that adds at least 4% dmg (usually more cause of crit dmg boosts via CP or buffs)

And it's possible to each 100% crit even without Khajiit buffs.

These things make me question why people would prefer Khajiit.

Regardless Redguard, Khajiit, Imperial are all good choices for stamina builds. You can't really go wrong with any of them.

As opposed to, say, picking a High Elf for a stamina build.

Due to combat logs it's not true

And it's possible to each 100% crit even without Khajiit buffs.

May be but I think it will be at cost of loosing penetration that also give % of damage increase and usually more then crit rate. (eg sharpened trait gives more % dmg then precise)

Khajiit. Redguards have sustain but with the dps you can dish out on a khajiit you dont need sustain. Especially when it comes to stambladea

Bosmer is best because they share the stealth bonus with cats. (And female wood elves are the sexiest creatures in the game.)

Redguard if you plan on fighting toe to toe.

Bosmer or Kitty if you like gank builds etc.

Redguard or Kitty for VMA. (Kitty has crazy crit but lacks Redguard Stamina pool.) I would take the Kitty for VMA.

In the end pick what you like looking at.
