How to Restart Craglorn Quests?

Greetings,

After 1T was released, I went to Craglorn and started a few quests. I never finished them and later abandoned them since a few friends started playing ESO and I wanted to complete it with them. However, now the Star Gazer Herald will not give me the starter quest again. Am I missing something? How do I start the story quests again?

If it is not in your journal already (check just in case) then check the boards in Belkarth. There is a notice that starts you on it too

I went to Belkarth and picked up "The Warrior's Call". I believe that's one of the story quests. Still nothing from Star Gazer Herald.

If you can pick up the Warrior's Call, you've probably already completed the quest with the Herald - it's basically just 'go to Belkarth, talk to Hara.' Then the next phase contains the Warrior's Call and Elemental Army.
