ESO's 3rd Anniversary Event!

I for one am excited about this years event and getting to spend it with some friends who missed out on last years event!

I'm just wondering how much these new Anniversary box rewards will shake up particular markets though...

In addition to the above, all daily and weekly quests completed during the anniversary event will grant you an Anniversary Gift Box (along with their regular rewards). These gift boxes contain crafting materials, but they are also guaranteed to include at least one rare item such as Nirncrux, Motif chapters, Style items, Furniture crafting items, or more. Tasty!

The prices of Fortified and Potent Nirncrux's have been in a nose dive for a while now, this doesn't look like it will help. Not complaining too much though, I won't say no to free stuff!

There's also motifs... like Akaviri and Order of the Hour Seems like a fairly large loot pool though, so I don't expect one particular item to nosedive.

I'm ready and excited about the reward opportunities. Did they have rewards for dailies last time? For some reason I just remember the Jubilee XP Cake.

I hope I get lucky with those particular styles! The drop chance for Order and Minotaur has been the bane of my four characters I've been trying to farm them on, I would love to get my hands on more Akaviri chapters.

It was just the cake last year, I believe.

The writs are a daily quest, so I'd assume so, yes. lol

@ZOS_GinaBruno , @ZOS_JessicaFolsom - Any chance of being able to share with us if a Crown Coin Sale will be part of the Anniversary?

If not are there any plans for one in the near future (as in before Morrowind Launch), If there are none planed at all just let us know please.

none of the infinite quests count.

- Daily randoms from group tool x2?
- Writs x6
- TG heists
- DB black sacraments
- FG dailies
- MG dailies
- Undaunted dailies (not pledge, the guy who stands in the tent)
- Wrothgar WB dailies
- VMA leaderboard
- Trials leaderboard

So that's a lot of chances to get good loots.

So do the rewards from the boxes correlate to the activity that they were acquired from? For example, if I do the Gold Coast Arena quest, will my box contain an Order of the Hour motif page?

Edit: Note that it mentions quests which can be repeated immediately. Those will not provide extra rewards.

Would be better if we could share guild dailies with friends though. They can get a bit boring soloing them after a while.

I much prefer this style of event (and Hollowjack) which give out rewards for just playing the game, rather than special quests and achievements, which can become particularly tedious if you try to complete them with multiple characters.

So I was very relieved to read the details on this one.

Im looking forward to these drops. Two years into PS4, 3 total in ESO and I still havent gotten around to even collecting Nirncrux let alone learning it for armor. Im kind of excited to finally add some of it to my collection of crafting materials.

Same goes for the Motifs. Ive been slowly picking away at the list of motifs for the better part of the last two years. Im currently at 29 motifs with something like 10-12 more to go.....And it seems like every time I make some headway into closing that gap they add more motifs (Mazzatun and Silken Ring Im looking at you.)

Over all this feels like a respectable reward choice for an anniversary event. Instead of adding another motif to the pile for us to clamour to obtain before the event is over. We can run around, enjoying what we currently have in game while filling up pages of current motifs.

my bet is also the daily delves from wrothgar, hews and gold coast. pretty much it seems anything that gets the special daily icon and is not multi-per-day so things like Db contracts and TG theft board stuff.

however, wasnt there at one time a global limit on dailies per day perr account? maybe it was pledges? not sure except to know it did not apply to writs.

I suggest for undaunted dailies to always have this reward gift box on, cos after obtaining the desired shoulder piece, there's no real reward for doing it. This random drop of items will fix the problem.

Fairly sure someone from zos commented on another thread that the pledges do count as they are daily and not infinite.

There is a limit. No idea what it is... but it's pretty high like 40-50 per character.

Correct me if I'm wrong, but when I shared the guild dailies (fighters guild, mages or undaunted) my friend couldn't get it and if she goes to the quest giver she gets different ones.
