Hello.
Short story: I just lost 1000 crowns because you did NOT said that turning a Khajiit vampire, will also turn the fur WHITE..... RACISM ? 100% YES in my opinion.
I will not cure it just to be black. Actually I find it very RACISTIC to restrict us having a black vampire. Just go search african vampire and you'll be amazed how many they are in movies, series and also in local traditions. Did you ever hear about Aaliyah (RIP), Eddie Murphy, Wesley Snipes, etc. ... and yes, the list continues ... Aaaall are very BLACK and very vampires ... (fictional chars, like our Khajiit).
Explanation: Sooooo after a long time not playing my Khajiit, I just got the new costume from the Thieves Guild expansion and (being a Plus subscription payer) I turned the whole outfit black ... and SHOCK
) ... there was a freakin' white tail out my beatiful black costume. First thing to do ... ohhhh dam' ... I was stupid and I took the white fur for my cat at first, at char creation ... sooooo ... I just went to the crown store, purchased the look change coin and tried to change color of the fur ... ohhhhh F ... well ... you already know it, the fur stayed white, no matter what I did.
I felt ripped off ... so ... PLEASE ADD a description, saying for all of us mortals that you CANNOT change fur color if you're a vampire. Disable that color bar for vampires adding also a freakin' tool tip explanation and give us the option to save the token for another toon. I guess you're not going to refund it ...) we already know eachother, don't we ? 
What do I want ? I understand that I'm an idiot buying a fake product sold by you. I would like to get my token back, so I could at least use it for something better, like reducing the height of my 5 feet tall elf)

✭✭✭✭✭If you want a refund you will need to contact Customer Support, ranting on a forum for players won't achieve anything.
