Hey all !

Wanted to make a good damage setup for my DD templar, magicka build.

I know this build is a little bit off for a templar since most of you stack both damage and healing.

I don't know if this is a perfect setup for a raw damage templar, but I am doing tons of damage.

The purpose of this thread is to hear what you have to say about it, or if you have any other idea's of combinations instead.


NOTE: This build is only for PVE.

2 Pieces - GROTHDARR:

Head [HEAVY] - Grothdarr, Max Magicka - Divines.

Shoulders [HEAVY] - Grothdarr, Max Magicka - Divines

5 Pieces - Law Of Julianos:

Chest [Light] - Law of Julianos, Max Magicka - Divines

Breechers [Light] - Law of Julianos, Max Magicka .- Divines

Gloves [Light] - Law of Julianos, Max Magicka - Divines

Dual Wield Swords: Law of Julianos, Berserk Enchant, Sharpened

Inferno Staff: Law of Julianos, Berserk Enchant, Sharpened.

5 Pieces of Burning Spellweave:

Belt [Light] - Burning Spellweave, Max Magicka - Divines

Shoes [Light] - Burning Spellweave, Max Magicka - Divines

Jewlery - Burning Spellweave, Magicka Recovery, Arcane.


Summary:

2 Grothdarr [Heavy]
5 Law Of Julianos [Light, Divines]
5 Burning Spellweave [Light, Divines]



I've been test running it for a few vet dungeons and my DPS is:

Single Target: 25K
AoE Target: 80K [Highest score 167K]


Any thoughts?

    How long can you sustain the dmg output ?

    Testing this Magplar build atm:
    DPS: 22K ± 3k

    The worst part is when it finally puts you in a group, your healer turns into a werewolf, your tank has 14k HP and the dps is heavy armor, using a restro staff and a two handed sword on the backbar. Then comes the 15 minute penalty before the cycle starts anew.

    Rulz of Morrowind:
    • The first rule of Morrowind is: You do not talk about Morrowind.
    • The second rule of Morrowind is: You do not talk about Morrowind.
    • Third rule of Morrowind: Someone yells NDA stuff, uploads images, streams, the game is over.
    • Fourth rule: only invited players can test.
    • Fifth rule: one invite at a time, fellas.
    • Sixth rule: crying or bashing on pts.
    • Seventh rule: NDA will go on as long as they have to.
    • And the eighth and final rule: If this is your first invite at Morrowind, you have to play.

    Until you can get your hands on 5-piece Moondancer, that's pretty much the best setup you'll be able to get your hands on, unless you want to get Scathing Mage to replace Julianos. But that's a major pain to farm, and the uptime will probably be a little shaky, so stick with what ya got.
