I don't play my original account at all. Those characters are storage mules.

On my second account I really only play one and the rest are for storage / crafting writs. Four of those were made with spellcrafting and its nature themed spells in mind, with great nature themed names. Horse fed and traits researched to try to get that horrible grind out of the way.

Three for the moment, but I use only one of them. Maybe four with Morrowind as I want to try the Warden. I'm sure I will level up my Warden and let him with the others to play with my main.

heheheheh, now that's funny...but I must say, I appreciate the uniqueness of your approach to the game. I think we sometimes lose sight of the fact that we're free to do anything we want with the game, within the parameters of what ZOS has given us. I also have 12 chars, but before I had a clue of what I was doing, I created them with a mix & match of various classes/races/armor/weapon, etc. I made sure there were 4 in each alliance, 3 of each class, at least 1 of each race, at least 1 master crafter in each of the 6 crafting skills, etc, so that I had a variety to play with. And now, I know that some of the combos work, and some not so much, but it'll be interesting to see what I can do with them simply by respec'ing attrib points / skill points / CP, after I get the skills leveled & abilities unlocked for them.

15- 7 EU and 8 NA across both servers. attempting to mirror my squad on EU on the NA server so when BG comes down - i run the world. seriously though- I need more both for my stamden, magden- and also for my mules- i eventually ran out of slots and deleted my mules to make real toons. and paying to create an extra toon? well thats just greedy zos. give us 2 slots with morrowind!

Got my 10th character to lvl 50 3 days ago thanks to the pie. Hopefully after Morrowind or during actually, we have another XP boost event to help get our wardens leveled quickly.

Created 9 thus far, each class a magicka and stamina build. I have created a 9th as dedicated Argonian templar healer - when I get to actually play him, and will create a 10th as a dedicated DK DD, probably Orc as I haven't made any Orc chars yet. I will save the last 2 spots for the Warden class when it's introduced. I have only played my first 4 characters thus far, as the other 5 only keep gear. I like to completely train them before I actually introduce them to more challenging content, so getting to 50 is only a tiny part of their story. What I usually do is:
- level and fully spec all their class skills and racials
- level and fully spec a type of armor - medium for stamina, light for magicka - I train the other 2 types as well as I go because I mix armor types while leveling, but only spec the passives much later, when I have the skill points available. I fully spec heavy armor and only spec the passives that don't require 5 pieces on the remaining type.
- level and fully spec 2 types of weapon skills: 2W and Bow on stamina chars, destruction and restoration staves on magicka characters. I also train 1H+S on both magicka and stamina characters (I only spec the passives on magicka builds, unless I plan on tanking when I need only the first 2-3 skills), then 2H on stamina and 2W on magicka ones (I only spec the twin blade and blunt passive on the latter).
- level and fully spec either mages guild for magicka or fighters guild for stamina characters, regardless of build I get rearming trap and 3/3 banish the wicked passive because those are useful to magicka builds as well
- level and spec crafting skills, so I can do the daily writs; alchemy is useful regardless, since I spec 3/3 medicinal use for more efficient potion use.
- level and spec ledgermain passive that reduces the cost of sneaking regardless of build
- level alliance war skills and spec what is useful for that type of build, but I always try to get all passives, both ultimates, and retreating maneuver regardless of build
- once they have all of those I send them to group content to also level undaunted and get the useful skills from there. I fully spec passives.

In the end it gets me a couple of months to train a character, but once I train them I can do at least 2 roles, or even all 3 in PvE group content, and also be ready to PvP, by just swapping gear, consumables and maybe champion points.

I have five, though I only actively play two at the moment. My Bosmer and Khajiit AD characters. Also have a Dunmer, Argonian and Orc to play around with the EP/ADDC quests and such, but I don't really play them actively yet. Will probably do so once my main reaches max CP, or when I get bored. xD

Trying other race and classes are fun, but I'm too attached to my main, don't want to log out of it and so the other new character has been abandoned for months.
Sure is hard work playing so many characters.
