I just signed on and noticed that I couldn't type anything in text chat. Is anyone else having or had this issue ?? I tried singing out and back in and no luck. Any suggestions ??

ZOS will say to do that and then try deleting your save data off the console.
We all get this issue but in my experience it's only noticeable if you use the virtual keyboard and don't have a chatpad or keyboard plugged in.
There is a thread in Xbox technical unresolved and prob in the bug forums.
