My friend wanted to quickly knock out the achievement for crafting in your own house so I grabbed one of my crafting stations (Clothier's, to be precise), travelled to his house and traded it to him. He placed it without issue, got his achievement, then promptly traded it back. I went to go place it back in my house, so I travelled directly to it using the Housing section of the Collections menu, but when I got there, the crafting station was nowhere to be found. It's not in junk, not in my bank, not in a vendor buyback, and he does not have it in his inventory either. It's just gone. In the interest of science we tried again with another Legendary furnishing (Wood Elf Throne, Vine) and the same exact thing happened: ported to his house, traded it to him, he placed it down, traded it back, and when I returned to my house it, it was gone. We've been experimenting back and forth with items of different quality and the exact same thing is happening every time: I've tried leaving his house in different ways (using the front door, porting via the map instead of Collections. I had decorating privileges in his house, he disabled them, it didn't make a difference. I disabled addons, same issue, and he's never used an addon. We've been trading items back and forth for the better part of an hour and the same thing keeps happening: once I leave his house, the item is just gone (sacrificed a lot of furnishings testing this out, lol). Has anyone gotten anything similar? It's kind of irritating, that crafting station wasn't exactly cheap...
Also, not sure if related, but when I went to the Retrieve menu, I had two items that did not belong to me (did not craft or buy them at any point), they weren't even located on my property: High Elf Brazier, Winged and Argonian Brazier, Mud. I confirmed that I could even pick up and place these mystery braziers in my inventory.
