Items stuck in house ( item finder wont find them )

Some items are stuck down by the water in my Daggerfall house, and the item finder that i would usually use to retrieve stuck items will not pick them up. Its like they dont exist. I put in a ticket and they told me to use the item finder, then i replied and haven't heard anything yet. Can i get some help with this? Tbh, i cant see how anyone but a dev or mod in game can fix this issue. It looks awful and i want the items back obv, thank you.
