Grim Focus Change?

Hey, everyone.

I just got Grim Focus on my Nightblade. I've heard people talking about the problems with the ability, saying that the Assassin's Will proc uses 2 GCD's, since you have to recast the buff after firing the bow. However, I've been noticing that the buff persists, even after I fire the bow.

Is this a bug? Did the ability recently get changed? Is this exclusive to the Merciless Resolve morph? I just kinda want to get to the bottom of what's going on.

Grim focus is one of the oddest skills, and hardest to master. But stack it w siphoning attacks on a bow and holy moly is it handy.
