Why does every zone have a loading screen?

I am curious why this is. How is it that WoW, a 13 year old game has seamless zones and this game has a loading screen for every zone?

TESO needs a wardrobe system badly. Something similar to WoW's tmog system would make this game one of the best mmorpg out there!

✭✭✭✭✭WOW has a lots of servers and you stay on one server all the time.
In ESO its one virtual server, with individual servers for each zone, loading screen switch to between the servers.
Benefit is that you don't get the problem with dead servers.Grinding just make you go in circles.
Asking ZoS for nerfs is as stupid as asking for close air support from the death star.1 -
