I'm just wondering what you think about the merits of rolling either a vamp or ww.
Presently, I have an Imperial stam DK and was wondering if vamp was useful in pvp for mobility and whether that usefulness offsets the weakness to fire. Similarly, I have a Dunmer mag sorc and wonder about whether I should get vamp. I have no trouble getting away from problem situations with streak. How is bats swarm these days?
I do love me some ww on my Orc stam sorc though.
