How do you set up your cp?

As the title says, how do you set up your cp? I ask this because the way I want to spend my co is different for pvp and pve. So do you set up your cp for pvp or pve?

100 in resource recovery, 100 in skill cost reduction, 100 in additional damage, depending on if you're physical or magical. Those three are the most needed ones to be maxed, the rest can be divied up depending on your own preferences.
