Missing campaign ending rewards and leader board rewards

As the title says. I didn't receive any campaign ending rewards or leaderboard rewards. I was 1st on the emperor leaderboards and was crowned as an emperor in below 50 campaign. I reached my CP level during my emperorship and logged off. I was still 1st on the list and campaign was about to end in few hours. When I logged back in, I never received any of the rewards. There should have at least been some golden ones.
