Head markings reset to default constantly

I am constantly having to equip the chalk and coal skull facepaint. I enter a dungeon, it's gone. I use a shrine, it's gone.

Whatever head marking I select I lose it on transition.

I would suggest letting Zos know through the normal means. Also, some little details such as server and account information including which character are helpful to add to the ticket.

Yea this has been going on for a while with some specific face tattoos. I have submitted a ticket and zos are aware and looking to a fix for it apparently

1) Do you have a personality active?
2) Is this caused by using wayshrines?

If yes to both questions, deactivate the personality, then reapply the markings. The personalities are broken in this respect and need fixed. If you reapply the personality, the issue will happen again. But who bothers as they have our money already.

Come to think of it I think it started when I got the "duchess" ill have to do some testing.
