[BUG] Mount upgrade clock error

Logged in after a few months and expected to be able to upgrade mount (stamina, speed or inventory space) at stables but clock/timer incorrectly showed 18+hrs to wait with a tooltip of 'you recently updated a riding skill'. Incidentally, UK clocks went forward 1 hour on 26th march.
