Veteran Dungeons you get monster helms, get several experience (like 60k-100k)
Random Dungeons you get stuff everytime too, like mats, several experience (like 60k-100k)
Time it takes to get enough AP for rewards of worthy, you get some dinky item and 200 gold, no experience, could have done 3 random dungeons in that time.

Yes its time for change, AvA rewards are not balanced compared to other rewards.
