What is the best minimalist UI (not default)?

I want a very clean look for my UI and ive been struggling to find one that i really like. I want text overlay on the bars and the ability to move the ui elements around the screen. any suggestions? (screenshots very welcome!)

I really liked what I saw in LZH's video. It's AUI + stendarr for the buff timers, if I remember correctly. Read the thread, I answered and he replied there XD

I recommend getting Azurah. It adds text overlays and lets you move (and resize) the existing UI elements.

I actually use it to make the UI less noticeable - I moved things like the compass and the quest log closer to the edge of the screen and made a lot of the pop-up notifications, like the name of each area you enter, smaller and put them just above the chat box.
