[Lore Question] Is their a Daedric King/Queen?

We all know the princes but is their a far greater powerful Daedra out there that can rightfully call themselves King and Queen of Oblivion?

Could Jyggalag actually taken the king status if not been cursed by the other princes?

Did you just assume their gender? here; "Although Daedric Princes may assume a typically masculine or a typically feminine form, they have no inherent gender"

That aside the closest thing to a king would be the theory around who/what created them, Anu and Padomay I think. Shoddycast on YT has some good series about lore if you are interested.

Not really. They are all princes of their own selfishness. They are their realm and the realm is defined by them that's why they are called lords and princes. Someone to rule over them wouldn't really work out as they would never agree. They are however spawned from Padomay/Sithis but since Padomay is not really an entity she cannot be a Queen or anything like that
