[HELP] Need some advice on the path of my MagDK (Rotations, Skills and Items)

Hello Folks.
That's almost 3 weeks (18 days) that I did hop on this game and I am so far almost 300 CP. Did farm full BSW + Will Power Accs + Death's Dance weapons set. I am distributing my CP to Mag EXP, 10 Elf, Hardy & Elem Resis (50/50) and reduce spell cost.
Is this the BiS gear I can put my hands on without trials?
What kind of rotation should I aim for? If one can help me, I wanted to know at least what this guy
