How about a house looking like an Imperial fort with barracks, crafting, and officers area hell I'd pay the craglorn crown price for something like a fort

✭or a ship / boat for a home...
Have a small boat on a shore as a "front" door and it will teleport you to your boat out at sea. By a simple menu system at the door on the ship itself, it can move (teleport you) to the different boats on various shores.1 -
