Build/Bar setup?

I'm currently running 5 spinners front bar, 5 lich backbar then 2 pirate skeleton. (PvP build) been thinking about trading pirate skelly for infernal instead but can't get a good shoulder out of chest. I'm also thinking about running bsw instead of spinners even thought with cp, light armor passive, spinners and sharpened staff I sit at just over 16k spell pen. Anyways most of this info is to try and get a bar setup. On front bar I sit at 39.2 max mag( missing 1 infused piece) and even with major sorcery only 2200 spell dmg. On my bars I run

Flame Staff:
Structured Entropy
Crystal Frag
Endless Fury
Force Shock or Flame Reach
Haunting Curse
Ice Comet or Destro Hot

Back bar:
Hardened Ward
Harness Magicka
Streak
Mines or dark conversion
Healing ward
Overload

Overload bar

Hardened Ward
Scorching flare
Streak
Dark conversion
Rapids

Now the reason I mention all this is I've been told I should try and fit inner light not only on my destro bar but try to also on my resto bar for bigger wards but I just don't see a place to squeeze it in? I use entropy for my empower towards my curse and (or) coment and it gives me sorcery. So my question to everyone really is. Do I get bsw then get rid of entropy for the sorcery and just use inner light for my empower or do I just forget about using inner or what?

Same weapon with both bar
