Does anyone know if there are plans to offer an upgrade to an existing ESO game for Morrowind, or I am going to have to fork over the cost of a whole new game, which has ESO in it as well?

Well it's an add-on so the add-on is sold on the Xbox one store and labeled as Morrowind upgrade for $39.

There is a collectors edition upgrade for $59

It's a digital thing not a new game similar to any other game who later sales dlc add-on. Morrowind dlc is exactly like ESO the gold edition sku DLCs that show as add-ons which contains dlc in the Xbox one store.

The difference is....Morrowind add-on will not also be sold in the crown store.
